Switched from clip-in extensions to tape-ins after 5 years

Honestly I was super loyal to clip-ins because I thought tape-ins would be too hard to maintain. But one of my clients at the salon in Austin convinced me to try them on her and I saw how natural they looked. I ordered a set for myself last month and the application only took me 20 minutes. Has anyone else made the switch and noticed less damage to their natural hair?

Wait you did the application yourself in 20 minutes? That's crazy fast. I spent like an hour and a half with my first set and still messed up two rows. Must be nice having that skill.

Ugh no don't sell yourself short, it took me a while to get the hang of it. The first few times I tried lashes I definitely messed up and just sat there frustrated with glue everywhere. You're not alone in that struggle.

Took me a few tries to get my technique down too. What helped me was applying the glue to the lash strip and letting it get tacky for about 30 seconds before trying to put it on, made a world of difference.
