Showerthought: a Saturday in July when 11 clients in a row loved their cuts and then the last one cried
Still not sure if it was a good day or a bad day. First 11 walked out smiling, one even brought me a coffee. Last lady sat down, showed me a pic, I did exactly what she asked, and she just started crying. Said it looked nothing like her old self. I offered to fix it, she said no, paid, and left. I sat in my chair for 15 minutes after close trying to figure out what I missed. Has anyone had a client cry over a good cut and you never found out why?
