Had a client come in with a full head of box dye and a dream
She wanted platinum from a level 2 black, same day. I told her straight up it would take three sessions and a lot of Olaplex. We did a test strand that snapped off. She finally listened and booked the first session. How do you guys handle clients who come in with unrealistic color goals?

Whoa, that's wild. Honestly @mila_campbell25, it makes me wonder if the test batch itself was flawed, you know? Like maybe the mix was off that day, or it sat too long before they used it. Kinda scary to think a test piece failed, it's supposed to be the strong one. Really makes you question the whole process.
