I was at Salon 7 on Main finishing a balayage when her 2pm walked in at 1:40, so I wrapped the foils, parked her with a magazine and a coffee, and told the receptionist to text me if anyone else showed up early, does anyone else have a system for surprise walk-ins or do you just wing it?
