Update: I went with the $12k cloud takeoff tool over hiring a second estimator in Spokane
Three months in and it caught 14 missed conduit runs on a school job, but I still had to fix the dumb stuff it does with odd-shaped rooms, so if anyone has figured out a better workflow for those I'm all ears.
