Dispatcher told me to stop using 2 chains on my mini excavator and I ignored him for 3 months
He said the tie down points were rated for the load and adding a third chain just made him recheck paperwork at every scale, and after a $180 fine in Ohio I finally dropped to 2 and haven't had a problem since, so what else am I overdoing out of habit?
