The burner phone trick that finally silenced my neighbor's noise complaints
Last month my neighbor in apartment 4B kept claiming I was blasting music at 2 AM when I wasn't even home. I tried talking to the landlord in Portland, no luck. Finally I set up a $20 burner with a timestamped audio log app for 12 nights straight. Now I walk in with proof of my quiet apartment and suddenly the complaints vanished. Anyone else dealt with false accusations like this and found a better way to document it?

Thought recording was overkill till my old roommate got hit with the same thing. Twenty bucks to shut down a whole fight is nothing, smart move.
