Question about the chemtrail guy at my cousin's BBQ in Reno who brought a leaf blower

So my cousin had a backyard BBQ in Reno last month and her neighbor showed up with a leaf blower to prove the planes were spraying us. He stood in the driveway for like 40 minutes blowing at a cloud and yelling that he could 'break up the trail' before it formed. My uncle kept timing him on his phone and it took the guy 3 tries and 2 hours to admit it was just getting windy, not him. Then he switched to saying the wind was 'their machine' fighting back, which honestly was a pretty good save. I went in for another burger and when I came out he was explaining the whole thing to a 9 year old. Long story short, that one cloud argument ate up most of the party and we never even cut the cake. Has anyone else had a relative's neighbor turn a cookout into a full on debate with props?
