My uncle swore the moon landing was fake, I finally looked into it myself
He kept sending me these 4-hour YouTube videos about shadows being wrong or whatever. I spent a Saturday reading NASA's own documents from the 60s, and honestly the whole thing made more sense than I expected. Has anyone else dug into the primary sources and come away feeling different?

Did you check out the actual high-resolution scans of the moon surface photos? I saw a breakdown that showed the flag shadows and the rock shadows point in totally different directions because the ground there is uneven, not because of a studio light.

Oh man, the primary sources are a trip. I actually looked at the original Apollo 12 seismometer data they left on the moon - it recorded vibrations from their spent rocket crashing into the surface, and the readings look totally different from anything you'd get through Earth's crust. That one detail kinda stuck with me.
