Disagree completely, @robinf51. Honestly, those slides were probably super boring. People get excited over basic stuff all the time. The real wild moment would be if the slides actually had new ideas, which is super rare. Most presentations just rehash old news and call it a big deal. Getting hyped over slides is a waste of good energy.
