Airport security in Phoenix made me change my whole carry-on system
I was flying out of Sky Harbor last March and got pulled aside for a random secondary check. The TSA agent found my old multi-tool in the bottom of a side pocket, the one I had forgotten about for 4 years. They confiscated it and I missed my boarding window by 20 minutes. That $45 loss stung, but the real wake-up was how messy my bag was organized. Now I use clear pouches for every category, cables in one, toiletries in another, and I do a full pocket sweep the night before each trip. Has anyone else had a random check ruin their flight plan and switch to a full packing audit?
