Guy at the shop counter in Dayton told me to stop sealing my pull list in the app
Last month I was at a shop in Dayton and a guy behind me in line saw me pull up my phone to lock my weekly list before the cutoff. He said flat out that locking early is why I keep missing stuff, since stores pull from what's on the shelf first for walk-ins. I switched to calling them Thursday morning with my list and two of the three books I missed last quarter showed up that same week. Your mileage may vary depending on how your shop runs things, but the app cutoff was hurting me more than helping. Anyone else had better luck ditching the app and just calling?
