If you are the guy at the window seat with the calculator, I need to know if it actually matched what the screen said or if you just wanted to make a point, because the rest of us are dying here.
Who brings a calculator to a coffee shop in the first place? That's the part I can't get past. Like, did he plan ahead for this exact moment, or does he just carry it around in case math breaks out somewhere? I need to know if the total on the screen even mattered to him or if this was a whole bit he does everywhere. If it matched, fine, cool, but if it didn't, that's a real problem and we all deserve to hear about it. Mostly I just want to know what his face looked like when the numbers came up, because that tells you everything.
