Talking to a mold maker in Phoenix flipped my whole setup around

He said he stops trusting any tool after 3 crashes, and showed me his fixture plate with witness marks where he'd drilled new holes after each one. That made me go back and map out my own spindle load history from the last 6 months, and I found two spots where I'd been pushing 90% without even knowing. Anyone else keep a log like that, or do you just run it till it screams?
