Debate: should we form a neighborhood snow removal co-op or keep hiring separate crews?

Last winter I paid $400 for a guy with a plow truck who showed up 6 hours late after the big storm, but my neighbor on East 123rd pays $250 a season for a co-op that clears 8 driveways in 2 hours, so which approach actually works better for Cleveland homeowners dealing with these unpredictable lake-effect snows?

$250 for the whole season?? That's insane!

$250 is brutal for a whole season pass, I feel you @nora110. Prices have just gone off the rails lately.

Is it just me or does it feel like companies are testing how much they can jack up prices before people finally say enough? @black.jake you're not wrong, it's wild how fast things have gotten out of hand.
