PSA: The old guy at the Columbus swap meet saved my engine build with one sentence
I was about to hand over $600 for a rebuilt carb at the Columbus swap meet last month when a guy in a beat up Ford hat leaned over and asked if I had checked my fuel pressure first. Turned out my regulator was pushing 9 psi into a carb built for 5, which was flooding the thing the whole time. Has anyone else had a cheap gauge save them from a big parts bill like that?
