Noticed a clean flue setup at a coffee shop in Portland

Stopped by a little place off Burnside last weekend and their wood stove vent was done right. The liner was smooth, no soot buildup visible at the cap, and they had a proper spark arrestor. I asked the owner when it was last swept, he said 3 months ago and showed me the receipt. Made me want to hand out business cards, honestly. Anyone else ever spot a solid install out in the wild and just have to check it out?
