My worst Tuesday ever started with a flat tire on I-95
I was already late for a meeting in Stamford when I blew a tire. This guy named Dave in a beat-up pickup pulled over, changed it for me in like 10 minutes, and refused any money. The whole thing turned a garbage morning into a weirdly good one because of a total stranger. Anyone ever have a day completely saved by a random act of kindness like that?

Got a flat once and some guy helped me out too. Honestly though, calling it a day saved feels like a lot. It was a nice thing, sure, but it's just a flat tire. People help each other sometimes, that's how it should be. Makes you wonder why we're all so shocked when basic decency happens.

Ever think a small favor is no big deal? I used to. Then my truck battery died at a supply house, tons of material in the back. Some guy, a total stranger, gave me a jump. He didn't just save my truck, he saved my whole crew's schedule for two days. That ripple effect is real. So yeah @young.kim, I get it now.
