Appreciation post: the 2x4 that hit me in the face on a Tuesday job in Akron
Was framing a garage on Waterloo Rd in Akron and my nail gun jammed mid swing. I set it down wrong on the top plate and a 2x4 I had leaning came back and caught me right above the eye. Twelve stitches later I went back the next morning and built a scrap wood rack off the side of my truck so nothing leans loose again. Any of you got a system for keeping cutoffs from turning into missiles?
