What's the worst email you ever had to send?

Remember when you thought a bad email was just missing a deadline? Try telling a client their entire order got shipped to the WRONG country. I had to explain how a typo in the address sent 500 boxes to Italy instead of Idaho. That email took me three hours to write. I used to think mistakes were small, but that one changed my mind completely.

Heard my friend had to email his boss, @kevin_west, that he'd accidentally deleted the entire project server.
