Serious question, is the push for AI in every new fintech app actually helpful?
My startup spent over $20,000 integrating a 'smart' AI chat feature for customer support, but it just frustrates users who can't get a real answer to their specific banking questions.

Feels like everything needs an app and a subscription now. My toaster shouldn't need a software update. What's the most overcomplicated thing you own?

Ugh tell me about it. I bought this fancy smart mug that was supposed to keep my coffee at the perfect temp. It needs its own app, needs constant charging, and honestly a regular thermos works better. Felt like such a sucker when I realized I paid 80 bucks for a worse experience.
