Found a compliance shortcut at a Montreal fintech meetup
I went to a small fintech meetup in Montreal last Tuesday and one founder showed me how they handle KYC alerts with a simple CSV export they run through a free script every morning. It cut their manual review time from about 3 hours to 40 minutes. They batch the low-risk flags first and only touch the high-risk ones, which sounds obvious but nobody in my group was doing it. Has anyone else tried automating parts of their compliance workflow on a budget?
