Can we talk about cheap generic shutter lubricant versus the proper stuff from a supplier like Micro-Tools?
I used the generic on a Contax repair and the shutter started dragging after a week, but the proper grease has held up for 6 months now. Has anyone found a good middle-ground supplier that doesn't cost a fortune?

My buddy tried that watch oil trick on his old Leica and it gummed up the slow speeds real bad.
