Twist-on F connectors kept failing on a Lake Charles job until I brought back the crimp tool
Last spring I was doing a 24-unit apartment building in Lake Charles and my twist-on F connectors kept loosening up after a few weeks, so I was back out there on warranty calls. I dug my old crimp tool out of the truck and went back to crimped fittings, and I did not get one callback on the next 30 drops. Anybody else still running crimp over twist-on, or is it just me being stubborn about the old way?
