Did a rewire in an old house off 5th Street last week and the attic was packed with insulation. First run with my fish tape took almost 40 minutes of fighting, so I grabbed the rodder for the second line and had it through in under 10. The stiffness is what does it, the tape just folds over itself in that loose fill. What are you all using when the space is tight like that?
