DAE have one of those weeks where every cabinet door warps the same way and you just stare at it?

Built 14 shaker doors for a kitchen job in Boise and all 14 came out bowed about 1/16 inch in the same spot, so either my clamp order is junk or the lumber yard sold me a whole bunk of wet poplar, and I'm leaning toward the poplar, what would you check first?
