Serious question, has anyone else had a customer ask for a 'bloodless' cut?

A woman at my counter in Denver last month insisted I drain every drop from a leg of lamb before wrapping it, saying the sight of any red made her sick, and I had to explain that's not how meat works.

Oh man, that reminds me of a client who... never mind.

You know how clients sometimes hint at a story but pull back? I just say something like "Sounds like there's a story there, but no pressure" and leave it. It gives them an easy out if they want it, but shows you're listening. Most times they'll either share a bit more or just laugh it off. Keeps things moving without that awkward pause.
