My lawyer billed me $450 an hour to fix what a $75 LLC filing service messed up
Filed my tree service LLC through one of those cheap online services in March and the operating agreement had my name spelled wrong plus no clause for what happens if my business partner wants out. Paid a real attorney $450 an hour to redo it and she said the cheap version wouldve cost me thousands in court. Anyone else get burned by DIY legal docs before going to an actual lawyer?
