My bullet journal fell apart during a crazy Tuesday

Last Tuesday, my entire schedule blew up with three last-minute client calls and a supplier ghosting me. I was flipping pages so fast to reschedule things that the binding on my journal gave out, pages just falling on the floor. It was a $15 notebook from the craft store, not built for that kind of panic. Now I'm stuck between just taping it back together or finally investing in a sturdier, more expensive book. Has anyone else had a journal physically fail on them during a bad week?

Thought cheap was fine until my planner exploded.

Honestly, it's not just about the pages falling out. The real problem with a cheap planner is the mental cost. When you don't trust your system to hold up, you start holding back on writing things down. Then you're trying to remember everything and that's way more stressful than a broken binding. Have you ever found yourself not using a planner because it felt too flimsy to hold your actual plans?

Oh man, I felt this! My old planner literally split in half at a coffee shop last month, just because I was trying to cram in too many notes. I mean, it was so embarrassing, all my to-do lists just slid onto the floor. I ended up using a whole roll of packing tape on it, which made it so bulky it wouldn't even close right. Idk, maybe it's just me but the cheap ones really can't handle any actual stress.
