Rent line item got called out, now I budget like a dumb proof system
My roommate looked at my spreadsheet after 6 months of us splitting bills and said 'you list rent but not the $14 late fee you paid every single month.' I was ignoring the small stuff because rent was the big number, so I added a separate 'oops fund' with a $50 cap and track every fee under $20. Anyone else start tracking the tiny leaks instead of just the big bills?
