My mom said skip the $60 budgeting app and use cash envelopes, I laughed at her for 6 weeks
I finally tried it in January and somehow put away $800 by March, mostly because handing over real bills hurts way more than tapping a card. Has anyone else had a boomer parent give them money advice that actually worked?
Laughed at mom for 6 weeks then became her little cash envelope disciple. Turns out boomers were playing 4D chess with money while we were out here tapping our phones like idiots.
