Quit buying lunch at work and my savings exploded
I used to spend $10 a day on takeout, which added up fast. Now I cook extra dinner and pack it, saving over $200 a month.

Doubt it's that simple. Saving $200 a month looks nice on paper. But grocery costs eat into that. Cooking extra means more time and work. Packing lunch is just another chore. The savings might not change your life much.
