What kind of meals are you making with it? I've only ever used mine for plain rice, but I feel like I'm missing out on its full potential.

Oh man, my friend Sarah went through the same thing. She got a rice cooker as a wedding gift and just made white rice for a year. Then she tried making coconut rice by swapping water for coconut milk and throwing in some lime zest. It blew her mind. Now she makes whole meals in it, like chicken and veggies with broth instead of water. The other day she sent me a picture of this black bean and rice thing she just threw in there. It looked amazing.
