Can we talk about the week my mortar went bad on a whole pallet?

Picked up 40 bags of type S from a yard in Dayton on Monday and by Wednesday every last bag was setting up in the mixer before I could even get the first course down, which cost me a full day of trowel work and a lot of swearing, so now I'm wondering if anybody else has had a bad batch like that and how you got the supplier to own it lol.
