Aphid blast wiped my balcony garden, did I nuke them too late or too hard?
My tomato and pepper plants here in Austin got hammered by aphids last month. I noticed a few clusters on the new growth but waited 3 days because I read ladybugs would show up. Instead, they multiplied and curled every leaf, so I hit them with a heavy neem oil spray twice a day for a week and now the leaves are scorched. Was my mistake hesitating on the first treatment, or did I kill the plants with the aggressive reapplication? Has anyone else dealt with this exact timing problem on container plants?
