Is it just me or does it feel like the older generations had this whole "work with nature" thing down, and we're over here trying to fix everything with a chemical? It's like we traded their common sense for convenience and forgot that some of the best solutions are the simplest.

Man, isn't it wild how much knowledge just gets lost over time? I swear my grandma had a trick for everything too, though half the time she'd just say "put some ashes on it" and walk away.
