Three library holds vanished after a system glitch, two weeks of waiting gone

I had 3 books queued up for pickup last Tuesday and the app wiped them all during an update, then it took support 9 days to sort it out, has anyone else had their entire hold list just disappear like that?

My buddy lost his whole queue in a similar app crash, took them a month to get the books back.
