Rant: a guy at the library sale in Dayton told me to stop buying books I won't reread
He said a shelf of half read books is just clutter, but I think passing along a book I only liked a little still beats it sitting here. So which is it, only swap the ones you loved, or share the okay ones too?
Why does it have to be loved or not at all? Like what about that thriller you read on vacation that was fine but you'll never pick up again, you just leave it on your shelf forever? I've got a whole row of books that were just okay and honestly someone else might tear through them in a weekend. The guy acts like a book is only worth something if you read it twice, which makes zero sense. So are you team clear the shelf or team hoard every single one?
