Changed my mind about audiobooks after a terrible commute week
Last month I had 4 days of traffic jams and finally caved to try a book on tape, but now I actually prefer it over reading for dense nonfiction like "Atomic Habits" since it made the info stick better. Has anyone else switched formats after a bad week of something?

Huh, I used to be a total snob about audiobooks honestly. Thought they didn't count as "real reading." But I had a similar thing happen last year when I was stuck painting my whole basement for like three weekends straight. Tried "The Power of Habit" on audio and yeah, the info actually sank in deeper because I couldn't skim or get distracted like I do with a physical book. Still prefer paper for fiction though, that hasn't budged.
