Debate: Should you quench a hot tool or let it cool naturally?
I cracked a nice hardy tool last weekend letting it air cool after a heavy session, but my buddy swears quenching leads to micro-fractures. Which side are you on and what's your go-to method?

Mine cracked too when I let it cool naturally, so I started quenching everything.

Quenching is the only way I've had any luck too.
