Tried ASMR videos for 2 weeks, then switched to rain sound loops, no contest
For like a month I kept forcing myself through those whispery ASMR roleplay videos before bed. Some were okay but most just felt weird and my brain stayed alert. Last Tuesday I swapped to a 10 hour rain on tent audio loop and I was out in maybe 15 minutes. The steady white noise just kills my racing thoughts way better than someone tapping acrylic nails. Anybody else find that ambient noise beats talking or music for falling asleep?
