That $8 clipper oil changed my whole routine, 12 years late
Been cutting for 12 years. Always thought clipper oil was a gimmick. Just grease to sell you something. Last month my friend handed me a tiny bottle. Said try it on the Oster 76. I put one drop on each blade. The hum changed, smooth. No more tugging on thick hair. Felt like a new machine. Still same blades. How did I ignore this for over a decade? Anyone else skip the basics and regret it later?

Ha! I was exactly the same way with my old pair of work boots. I figured waterproofing spray was just something the shoe store pushed for extra cash, so I never bothered for years. Finally tried it before a rainy season, and my feet stayed dry for the first time ever, plus the leather lasted way longer than it had any right to.
