Lost a $180 walk-in last Tuesday because I ran 20 minutes behind on a fade
He sat there watching the clock for 5 minutes and walked out, and I don't blame him one bit. How do you guys handle a packed chair without rushing the blend?

Noticed this same thing waiting at the dmv, people bail the second they feel like their time isn't being respected. Just be upfront with the next guy about the real wait instead of letting him sit and stew.
