Saw a bakery in Tulsa charge $9 for a single croissant, so is fancy baking worth it or just hype?
I was in Tulsa last weekend and this little shop had a line out the door for a $9 croissant, which got me thinking: do those high prices and fancy ingredients actually make the bake better, or are we all just paying for the vibe?
