Question about oven thermometers: my $8 dial beat the $40 digital one
Baked two loaves of sourdough at 450F in my Kansas City kitchen last Saturday, and the cheap dial thermometer matched my oven's real temp while the fancy digital probe read 25 degrees off, so has anyone else had a pricey gadget lose to a basic one?
