Hit 100 loaves baked in my home oven, here's what broke
I keep a tally on my fridge and just hit 100 total loaves baked in my 15 year old electric oven. I replaced the heating element twice and the thermostat once. The last one was a rye loaf that came out lopsided because the element went mid bake. Has anyone else tracked a high number like this and noticed what fails first on their rig?
Man, 100 loaves is seriously impressive. My oven barely survives 100 pancakes before it starts acting like it wants a divorce from me. That lopsided rye just sounds like it had a personality, honestly.
