My sourdough starter went flat right before a big order

I was in my kitchen at 6 AM getting ready for a 20 loaf pickup. The starter I fed the night before was just sitting there, no bubbles at all. I panicked for a minute, then remembered a trick about using warm pineapple juice to wake it up. I added a tablespoon, put it in the oven with the light on, and it doubled in an hour. Has anyone else had to do an emergency starter rescue?

Wow, heard honey works in a pinch too!

Totally, I've used maple syrup before.

That pineapple juice trick saved my last batch of bagels. It's funny how the most reliable systems, like a starter schedule, always fail at the worst possible time. Makes you keep a few weird fixes in your back pocket.
