Warning: my buddy said my bad movie picks were "too good" and now I'm second guessing everything
Last month at our Friday night movie group in Akron, my friend Dave told me my picks were "too good to be bad" after I put on a movie that was just boring, not fun-boring. He said the difference is you need movies where the people making them clearly tried really hard and still missed. So now I check for stuff like bad accents, props that wobble, and at least one scene where a character says the title of the movie out loud. What's your test for a movie that's actually fun to watch bad instead of just a slog?
