The shift from paper logs to a tablet in my hangar actually stuck
Our shop in Tucson switched to digital sign-offs about 4 months ago, and I fought it hard at first. But last week I pulled up a 6 week old fault history on the tablet in under a minute, no flipping through smudged binders. What changed was the interface finally got decent, the old app required 3 taps per step and everyone skipped it. Now I catch intermittent writeup patterns faster because the search actually works. Anyone else find their crew only adopts new tools when the software stops being the bottleneck?

What finally sold the holdouts, the search or the shorter tap flow? Curious if you had one guy who still refused til he saw it work.
