Unpopular opinion: the mom and pop dispatcher in Tucson beat the big online broker
I was at a truck stop off I-10 in Tucson last month and listened to two drivers argue for 20 minutes about whether a small local dispatcher beats one of the big online brokers for a simple 400 mile run. The older guy swore the local place got him loaded in 90 minutes, while the younger one said his app quote was $150 cheaper but he sat 2 days waiting. Which side do you all land on, and does it change for short hauls versus cross country?
